Don’t be draw into cheap chinese know offs. Cast iron with plastic knobs? are you kidding me? Ok so the chinese did invent cast iron but be warned about the baked on enamel ware.

I also own one of the Le Creuset one qt. pouring lip pots — oh how I LOVE that thing. But the color of your new Wal-Mart wonders would look pretty durned nice next to the flame orange of my one quart…
